Hello to everyone reading this and I hope you're managing to navigate my new website with relative ease. Let me know if there is anything that isn't clear. I'll aim to provide something interesting in this Blog on a regular basis, such as new beers coming out, what I'm working on and articles on what I call "Brewing Fundamentals" from time to time, such as Mashing, Sparging, Boil Stage, Cooling, Fermentation, Ingredients etc. I'll aim to be brief, informative and with a bit of humour thrown in as well.
