RESIDENT PHEASANT - 10.8% barley wine

Named after a pheasant that struts it's stuff around the gardens as if he owns the place.
 
A blend of English hops and a load of malts, including dark crystal to deliver a high alcohol brew. Available only over the Festive Season and best shared with a friend!
